2. Toddlers

• 1 – 3 years: 12 – 14 hours of sleep a day / 24 hours
• 3 – 6 years: 10 – 12 hours of sleep a day / 24 hours

3. Kids

• 6 – 12 years: 10 – 11 hours sleep a day / 24 hours

4. Teenagers

• 12 – 18 years: 8 – 10 hours of sleep a day / 24 hours

5. Adults

• 18 years and older: 7 – 8 hours sleep a day / 24 hours
