In public places a woman can only be in special, «female» zones. In Saudi Arabia, they are used to sharing everything by gender: many houses have two entrances, schoolchildren of different sexes study in different buildings at different times, zones in shopping centers are also divided. This is done in order to minimize the contact of women with other strangers.
