8. Plastic cutting boards
Plastic is not the best material for cutting boards. Especially if these boards are designed for cutting meat or fish. The fact is that over time, bacteria and fresh, just washed products begin to accumulate in micro-scratches from the knife, once they get on such a board they become “infected” with them, losing all their useful properties. It recommends that you switch to boards made of quality wood or artificial stone, which is considered a more environmentally friendly material for cooking food on it.
