9. Digital detox
The feeling of constant fatigue that often haunts us during the work week is nothing more than digital and informational intoxication. Psychologists recommend at least a few hours a day, but rather a few hours a day and a whole day a week to arrange a «digital detox» and remove all kinds of gadgets away with an endless stream of notifications and SMS.
