You might look like you’ve got a permanent TikTok beauty filter on at first, but in a few years’ time gravity will play a very bad trick with that extreme surgery.
Human faces are all unique, but they are balanced in their own way. So when you try to pull them into weird shapes, they will not want to stay that way for long. So if you’re hoping to age gracefully and elegantly, it’s better to stick to the basics instead of shooting for the extremes.
