Refined White Flour
Excluding this product from your diet is not easy. The fact is that white flour is found not only in rolls, bread and cookies, but also in most pasta, cakes, pastries and many other familiar foods. The whole danger of flour is that after processing the grain in it there are no useful substances left at all. In fact, we get ordinary starch. That is, a dummy that has no nutritional value!
