Potato chips
No wonder our parents forbade us to eat a lot of chips, because they are really very harmful to the body. Unfortunately, due to the fact that during cooking, the chips are heated to high temperatures and are prepared, in fact, in oil, they contain many trans fats, salt and preservatives, as well as a well-known carcinogen called acrylamide. Replace salty and unhealthy chips with healthy fruit chips from dried apples or coconut.
