Canned foods
In addition to the fact that a ton of sodium harmful to the body is added to canned fruits and vegetables, all their harm lies not in the product itself, but in the tin can, where it is stored. Most cans are coated with a chemical called bisphenol-A (BPA), which is a hormone and gene breaker. To date, there is simply no way to remove a hazardous substance from a product. You should also know that in an acidic environment, bisphenol-A works much more “efficiently,” therefore canned tomatoes are the most dangerous tin can product to eat.
