Cabbage
Cabbage is a low-calorie product, so there are practically no restrictions on its use in food. Whatever cabbage you eat: cauliflower, broccoli or white cabbage — all of them are great helpers in the fight against extra pounds, but each of them is endowed with a certain benefit. Broccoli, for example, is a storehouse of vitamins and trace elements that normalize estrogen metabolism.
