Printers and Fingerprints
Did you know that most laser printers have their own fingerprints? Special tags that the printer gives out on a sheet of paper, printing text, carry all the information about this printer, as well as the date and time of printing. These tags (often referred to as yellow dots) are designed to help combat counterfeiting. Moreover, there are cases in history where such tags made it possible to solve crimes related to data leakage.
