Plane Tu-104 crash  in Pushkin, February 7, 1981. The crash occurred due to crew error and overload. As a result, 50 people died, including 16 admirals and generals and 11 captains of the first rank of the Pacific Fleet of the USSR. It happened literally a couple of seconds after takeoff. It was impossible to conceal this tragedy; nevertheless, the relatives of the deceased received official notification of the loss only in 1997.
