In the cold season, Canadians do not deny themselves the pleasure of driving along the roads in a real harness with horses and sleighs. A condition is mandatory — at least TWO bells should hang on the sleigh. Why and why was this law invented? Unclear. But it sounds pretty sweet and positive.
