Dolphins
The most powerful intellect, among the entire list of animals in this rating, is occupied, perhaps, by dolphins. Their brain is designed so that they can easily cope with memorizing a huge number of sounds, forming the so-called «vocabulary». An interesting fact: in each environment, each dolphin has a name to which they respond when they are called by relatives. The high level of mental and emotional development puts these marine inhabitants almost on one level with a human.
