Hachiko
Many probably know this dog because of its extraordinary loyalty to its beloved master. The dog of the Akita Inu breed belonged to a professor from Japan. Every day the dog met his master at the station after work. On one of these days, the owner of Hachiko did not return home, having died from a brain hemorrhage. But Hachiko continued to come to the station every day and obediently wait for the owner. At this station to this day stands a statue erected in his honor. The dog died in 1935 in the same place — the place of his expectation.
