Remember how in childhood filled out questionnaires. One of the questions was to indicate my hobby. And in childhood we were so able to answer him so easily. But as an adult, we often sacrifice this component of our lives, focusing on more valuable and effective, as it seems to us, activities. But our body is so useful psychological unloading. Choose an activity for your liking: drawing, knitting, collecting puzzles or learning a new dance. Perhaps in the future, your hobby will turn into a source of excellent and stable income, or will open up new opportunities for you.
