Air crash in Tehran

The Boeing 737 aircraft of Ukraine International Airlines (UIA), which crashed on the morning of January 8 in the Iranian capital Tehran, was engulfed in flames while still in the air. This information was obtained from eyewitnesses who caught the moment of the fall of the Boeing. All 176 people were killed, including 9 crew members and 2 passengers — Ukrainians, but most of the victims are citizens of Iran and Canada. According to preliminary data, technical problems with the engine led to the crash, however, UIA Director General said that the Boeing 737 was the best airline on board with the best pilot and crew. In addition, the day before the plane passed a complete technical check for malfunctions. The plane crashed almost immediately after taking off from the Imam Khomeini Airport, gaining a height of 2400 meters. At the time of establishing the circumstances of the accident, all Ukrainian airlines temporarily cease flights in Iranian airspace.
