Choreographer Yuan Heping, who worked on the main battle scenes and fights in the movie The Matrix, tried to get the maximum price for himself and for a long time refused to participate in the filming. When all his conditions were maximally fulfilled, he decided to throw in another demand that, as it seemed to him, not a single director would agree to fulfill. He demanded full control over all the scenes with fights and 4-month physical training of the actors. Wachowski had nowhere to go and they agreed to the terms.
