Roy was on the team of the famous duo of artists Siegfried and Roy. In March 2002, while playing in a casino in Las Vegas, Roy was bitten by a white Bengal tiger right in the neck. Having received injuries incompatible with life, Roy spent some time in the hospital, but died as a result. His main request on the way to the hospital was in no case to harm the lion because Roy grew up with him from his very childhood and was sure that he really did not want to do him any harm.
