Horse meat is considered a delicacy, as it is not very common. In the USA it is strictly forbidden to kill horses, especially for the sake of meat. Animals sometimes get sick, and they are stuffed with drugs. After such a meat can not be eaten. Residents of the US states have strongly achieved that horse meat is banned in this country.
