The peculiarity of this cafe in Malaysia is that only 8 cats “work” in shifts in it. Therefore, you are unlikely to succeed in seeing them all at the same time. Since Penang is a resort town for the most part, it is not at all surprising that the first cat cafe in Malaysia opened to the delight of tourists here, and not in the capital.
