Le Café des Chats, Paris.
This cat cafe opened in 2013 in the Marais quarter of Paris. Of course, it would be time to call it a restaurant, given the diverse and rich menu this restaurant offers, but many visitors still cannot understand why such a luxury is necessary if cats cannot be fed from the table with their foie gras?
